Self Hypnosis as a Learning State.

Hypnosis may sound like a strange thing as we think of stage hypnosis shows and misinformative movies, but I can tell you confidently, it is actually a major life hack.

Learning Hypnosis just for yourself could be the most valuable thing you ever do.

Before beginning to induce your own hypnotic trance, determine 3 things

-----only ever do this when it is safe- not while driving etc-----


  1. How long do you intend to be in this trance

  2. What purpose are you sending your unconscious mind to work on.

  3. How are you going to feel when emerging from the trance/opening your eyes.



Begin the breathing with the eyes technique in order to induce hypnotic trance.


  1. Each time you breathe in - have your eyes open

  2. Each time you breathe out - have your eyes closed

  3. Do this until you are able to allow your eyelids to seem heavy and like they just don’t want to bother opening as far and eventually they just want to stay shut.

  4. Then think to yourself “I would like to go to an even deeper relaxation where I can allow this process”.

  5. When the time is done open your eyes and feel great!

By using deep relaxation and then filling out the experience Visually Auditorily and Kinaesthetically the brain learns faster.

pretend or imagine -seeing -hearing -feeling

this makes it more real to the brain.

Three doors to victory in self hypnosis


Imagine seeing the three doors as vividly as you can.

Just allowing yourself to pretend that you can imagine them

Just allow yourself to imagine going through the steps.

Just imagine it’s going to work, will it to work, and it will work.
