I'm Dave Hyldig of HypThink Positive Personal Change and Growth.
My mission is to help you Build Resiliency through Hypnosis and PERMA!
I am trained in some of the most up-to-date evidence-based resiliency techniques to help you thrive!
I work with individuals and organizations to manage stress and step into positive states of mind for health, life enjoyment and productivity.

Foundations in Positive Psychology / The Science of Well-Being Certificate (5 courses) from University of Pennsylvania
Master strategies and tools that enable individuals and organizations to thrive.
Certified in Neo-Ericksonian Hypnosis (Hypnotherapy/ Clinical Hypnosis) for personal betterment and the betterment of others through MMHA delivered by Mike Mandel.
Foundational training in NLP (the study of how the brain processes language).

I have previously worked with Pain BC on an advisory panel for the development of Live Plan Be+ a province wide expansion of services for people living with pain and as a coach for people living with pain under the Coaching For Health program within Pain BC that teaches self management and encourages abilities to change behaviors that impact health.
